We want you to love everything you receive from Sacred Health — and feel confident in every purchase.
Our Promise
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly. Here’s how it works:
Returns Eligibility
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a quality or safety issue.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at hello@sacredhealth.co.nz with your order number and issue.
- We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or credit — excluding shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is received and reviewed.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with a photo and description. We’ll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please request a return and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We’ll let you know if a prepaid label is issued in your case.
