Our Promise

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly. Here’s how it works:

Returns Eligibility

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a quality or safety issue.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@sacredhealth.co.nz with your order number and issue.
  2. We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or credit — excluding shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is received and reviewed.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with a photo and description. We’ll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please request a return and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We’ll let you know if a prepaid label is issued in your case.

How do I take these supplements?

Each product has clear dosage directions on the label and product page. Most are taken once daily with food. Packs are designed to be simple: usually 1 capsule or softgel of each product per day, with Vitamin C sometimes 1–2 depending on need. For best absorption, take them together at breakfast or lunch.

Are these safe to take long-term?

Yes. All formulas are made with doctor input, use clinical-grade doses within New Zealand Medsafe guidelines, and are designed for daily use. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication (e.g., blood thinners), consult your healthcare professional before starting.

What makes your formulas different?


We only use bioavailable, clinically effective forms — like methylated B vitamins, bisglycinate magnesium, and hemp oil–delivered Vitamin D3. No synthetic folic acid, no cheap fillers. Each nutrient is included in a form and dose that your body can truly use.

Where are the supplements made?

All our products are manufactured here in New Zealand under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards with full quality testing for all our ingredients purity, potency, and safety. Fish oils are IFOS-certified for low oxidation and heavy metal safety.

Do your supplements contain allergens?

Our capsules are free from gluten, dairy, soy, GMOs, synthetic colours, and preservatives. Softgels (Omega 3 and D3+K2) contain fish oil and bovine gelatin.

What does “auto-refresh” mean?

Auto-refresh means your chosen pack or product is delivered to you every 30 days automatically. It ensures you never run out, saves you 10%, and provides steady support to NZDSOS. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time — no lock-in.

How does my purchase support NZDSOS?

A portion of every sale goes directly to NZDSOS. The exact amount from your order is displayed on each product page and in your cart, so you know your impact. By supporting your health, you’re also funding frontline doctors defending freedom.



Can I see how much money has been shared?

Yes. In your cart, you’ll see a live calculation showing how much from your purchase is being sent to NZDSOS. Each product lists its contribution so you can see your direct impact.




Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within New Zealand. International orders will be available soon — join our mailing list for updates.






How are orders shipped?

Orders are packed with care at our local warehouse and shipped via tracked courier. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days within NZ. Unless you are part of a preorder and in that case you will have been notified in your order confirmation email of any dates.







What if I change my mind?

We stand behind our products. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days and we’ll work with you on a solution — whether replacement, refund, or credit.









Can I take Sacred Health supplements alongside medication?

Always consult your healthcare professional if you’re on prescription medication. Some nutrients (e.g., Omega 3, Vitamin K2) may interact with blood-thinning medications











Are your products suitable for vegans?

Most formulas use vegetarian capsules, but Omega 3 Ultra (fish oil) and D3+K2 (bovine gelatin softgels) are not vegan.













How do I know I’m getting value for money?

Our formulations use clinical doses, not token amounts. We’ve cut out middlemen and inflated branding to deliver premium quality at accessible pricing — while still funding a mission bigger than ourselves.
