1. How It Works
- Choose your product(s) and delivery frequency at checkout.
- We’ll automatically bill and ship your order on your selected schedule.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking link with every shipment.
2. Managing Your Subscription
You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription anytime through your Sacred Health account. No penalties, no hidden fees — just flexibility.
3. Payments
Subscription payments are processed automatically on your billing cycle. If a payment fails, we’ll retry or email you to update your payment details.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel anytime before your next billing date. If an order has already been processed, your cancellation will apply to the following cycle.
5. Returns
Subscription orders follow our standard Returns Policy. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.
