What I Take | and Why I’m Selective

I’m careful about what I add to my routine.

Not because I’m anti-supplements — but because I’m very aware of how easily health choices can become reactive. Chasing energy. Chasing clarity. Chasing the feeling that something is missing.

That’s never been how I want to work with my body.

My days are physically and mentally demanding. Between hands-on lymphatic work, study, and life, I ask a lot of my system. What I look for isn’t a boost or a quick effect — it’s support that feels steady, predictable, and easy to live with.

That’s the lens I use when I decide what to take.

Right now, my routine includes two things:

  • Vitamin D3 + K2 in Hemp Oil

  • Omega-3 Ultra Pure

I take them consistently. Not because I’m trying to fix something, and not because I’m chasing a result — but because they fit into how I think about long-term support.

What matters to me most is quality and intention. I look for formulations that are clean, well thought through, and designed to work with the body rather than override it. I want supplements that feel like a background presence — something that supports the foundations, not something that demands attention.

My outcome isn’t dramatic. It’s simple.

I want to feel resourced enough to do my work well.
I want my body to feel supported rather than depleted.
I want my health habits to feel calm, not corrective.

I don’t want to wait until something feels wrong before paying attention. I don’t want health to be something I negotiate with once I’m already stretched.

For me, taking these isn’t about expectation — it’s about alignment. They sit naturally alongside how I already care for myself, how I work with bodies every day, and how I think about preparation rather than reaction.

That’s what I take.
That’s why I take it.
And that’s what I look for — steadiness, consistency, and support that doesn’t need to shout to be effective.
