What | did Anna | take?

So, I bet you really want to know what I took and what happened. Ok.

Before I give my big reveal, I need to tell you this. I have taken similar 'labelled' supplements before. Yes, I am being vague here, because I now know, that just because something has a supplement name on the front of the bottle you recognise, it's what's in the ingredients list on the back that really matters. That's were you find out if your supplement is made for the body or made for the profit margins.

So here's what I did.  I took them in the morning. Same time each day. I didn’t change anything else — no diet changes, no new routines — because I wanted to know what was actually doing what.

I had two things that I was really focussed on, or rather two things that were taking my focus. You know what I mean, most of the time our body just works and you're getting on with your day, then there are times when your body just isn't working and it becomes part of your day. It's annoying.

For me it was my brain mind and energy. I had a problem and it had to go.

So I took what is well know to have positive impact in these areas.

  • Omega-3 Ultra Pure — 3 capsules every day

  • B-Complex (methylated) — 2 capsules every day

Like I said, I’ve taken other omega-3s and vitamin B products before. I wasn’t new to either of these.

That’s why this stood out.

I expected the B-Complex to help with energy, and it did. My energy felt steadier through the day. Fewer crashes. Less reliance on coffee. That part made sense.

What I didn’t expect — and what mattered most to me — was what happened with my head.
