We ship from New Zealand, to New Zealand and beyond.

Dispatch times

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day

Delivery – New Zealand

• NZ-wide shipping

• Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on location

• You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves us

International shipping

• International shipping is available

• Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout

• Tracking is provided for most international orders

• Customers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or customs charges

Subscriptions

• Subscription orders follow the same dispatch and delivery timelines

• You’ll receive a reminder before each shipment, with full control to skip, pause, or adjust

If something looks off or your order hasn’t arrived when expected, contact us and we’ll sort it quickly.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind what we make — and we want you to feel confident ordering.

Change of mind

• If your order is unused, unopened, and in original condition, you may return it within 30 days of delivery

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Faulty or incorrect items

• If you receive the wrong product or something arrives damaged, we’ll make it right

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund

Health & safety

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or used supplements, unless the product is faulty

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method

• Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear after processing
