Mechanism of Action

Vitamin C + Bioflavonoids

Vitamin C supports innate and adaptive immune cell function, enhances neutrophil activity, and contributes to epithelial barrier integrity. It participates in collagen synthesis and regenerates other antioxidants under oxidative stress. Citrus bioflavonoids support vascular integrity and may enhance cellular uptake and utilisation of vitamin C.

Vitamin D3 + K2

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) binds to vitamin D receptors expressed on immune cells, supporting antimicrobial peptide production and balanced inflammatory signalling. Vitamin K2 activates vitamin K-dependent proteins involved in calcium transport and distribution, supporting systemic regulation alongside immune function.

Mineral Complex

Zinc is central to immune signalling, thymic function, and antiviral defence. Selenium supports glutathione peroxidase activity, helping neutralise oxidative by-products generated during immune activation. Magnesium stabilises ATP and supports over 300 enzymatic reactions, including those involved in inflammatory modulation.
